Abilene, TX – Man arrested for aggravated robbery.

An aggravated robbery suspect was arrested for a shooting and multiple robberies. The arrest occurred this past Tuesday. One robbery was reported on Sycamore Street late Monday night. The case involved a homeowner being shot while attempting to steal their vehicle. A neighbor reported to 911 they had heard at least 6 gunshots fired. After the failed car theft, the suspect made their way to S.15th Street and successfully stole a vehicle. The Abilene Police Department is looking for witnesses to come forwards.
