Abilene, TX – Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on TX-322 Loop
Abilene, TX (July 16, 2020) – An auto collision reported on Monday afternoon left two people in Taylor County injured. Just after 4 p.m., on July 13, the Abilene Police Department responded to the scene of a two-vehicle auto collision on the Texas 322 Loop.
Reports provided by the police show that a black 2019 Dodge Ram pickup truck, driven by a 56-year-old white male, collided with white 2014 Hyundai sedan, driven by a 20-year-old white male. The car and pickup truck involved in the accident were both traveling at approximately 75-miles per hour, resulting in moderate damages to both vehicles. Both vehicles were towed from the scene of the accident.
The drivers and sole occupants of each vehicle suffered injuries in the accident. Both victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
