Howard County, TX – Ramamurthy Hariharan Killed in Truck Crash on TX-350
Howard County, TX (November 12, 2020) – One person has lost their life as a result of a semi-truck accident in Howard County. At around 7:15 p.m., on November 8, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a crash on Texas State Highway 350.
Reports from authorities show that Ramamurthy Hariharan and his passenger, Shobha Hariharan, were traveling west on Farm to Market Road 700. As their vehicle passed through the intersection with Texas State Highway 350, they were struck by a semi-truck.
The crash caused severe damage to Hariharan’s vehicle. Ramamurthy Hariharan was fatally injured in the accident and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Shobha Hariharan was injured in the accident. They were transported to University Medical Center in Lubbock for treatment. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
At this time, investigations surrounding the cause of the crash are underway.
