Midland, TX – Truck Crash on W County Rd 160 Injures One
Midland, TX (September 20, 2020) – An accident involving three vehicles in the Midland area left one person injured on Monday. Just before 7 p.m., on September 14, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of an accident on West County Road 160.
Reports from DPS officers show that a red 2001 Freightliner, driven by a 65-year-old Hispanic male, was traveling in the 9400 block of West County Road 160 when it collided with a gray 2009 Chevrolet, driven by a 24-year-old Hispanic male, and a third vehicle, occupied by an unknown number of people.
The impact of the crash caused level six damages to the Chevrolet, rendering it unable to be driven. The vehicle was towed away from the site of the accident.
The driver was injured in the accident. Medical personnel assisted the victim at the scene and transported them to a local hospital for further treatment of injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation with the Texas Department of Public Safety in Midland.
