San Angelo, TX – One Injured in Head-On Crash on Sherwood Way
San Angelo, TX (September 6, 2020) – An accident involving two vehicles sent one person to a local hospital with serious injuries in the San Angelo area on Thursday. On September 3, the San Angelo Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Sherwood Way.
Reports from authorities show that a white Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling east on Sherwood Way when a black GMC pickup truck pulled out in front of the vehicle from a private drive located near Southwest Boulevard. The two vehicles collided head-on, causing damages to the front of both vehicles.
The driver of the Tahoe was injured in the accident. The victim was transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment of injuries. No other injuries were reported. At this time, the San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division is investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
