Tom Green County, TX – Bishnu Kumar Paudel Injured in Fatal Crash on US-277
Tom Green County, TX (January 10, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in Tom Green County Claimed one person’s life and left others injured on Thursday. On January 7, emergency crews responded to the site of a crash on US Highway 277.
Reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety show that 45-year-old Thoa N Le was driving north on US Highway 277. As he attempted to pass a semi-truck on the highway, he crashed head-on into a southbound 2013 Ford Escape, which was driven by 49-year-old Kumar Paudel.
Le and Paudel were both transported to Shannon Medical Center for the treatment of undisclosed injuries.
A passenger in Paudel’s vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene by Justice of the Peace Eddie Howard. At this time, investigations surrounding the crash are underway with the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office.
