Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Big Spring, TX – Cynthia Martinez Fatally Struck by Vehicle on NE 12th StEach year, more than 600 pedestrians are fatally injured in traffic-related incidents throughout the state of Texas. Although these accidents are preventable and lawmakers are constantly enacting laws and imposing rules to protect those traveling on foot, we continue to see them victimized at an alarming rate.
