Killeen, TX – Pedestrian Killed in Accident on I-14 (US Highway 190)
Killeen, TX (September 18, 2020) – An auto accident in the Killeen area claimed one person’s life early Friday morning. At approximately 6:50 a.m., on September 18, the Killeen Police Department responded to the site of a crash on Interstate 14.
Reports provided by local news sources show that a 77-year-old man was walking on the westbound side of Interstate 14 while pushing a bicycle when he was struck by several vehicles near the intersection with Rosewood Drive.
The man sustained fatal injuries in the accident. He was declared deceased as a result of his injuries at 7:43 a.m. At this time, the police are investigating the circumstances surrounding this accident.
