San Angelo, TX – Elida Constancia Ramon Killed in FM 2334 Crash
San Angelo, TX (July 11, 2020) – An automobile accident reported on Thursday in Tom Green County claimed the life one woman while leaving a male victim seriously injured. Just before 10:30 a.m., on June 30, the San Angelo Police Department responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Farm to Market Road 2334.
Reports from the police show that 71-year-old Elida Constancia Ramon was driving north on Farm to Market Road 2334 when her vehicle collided with a second vehicle, driven by 52-year-old Charles Edward Winford, at the intersection with Farm to Market Road 765. The impact of the collision caused both vehicles to roll over several times before coming to rest off the road.
Ramon suffered fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene by the Tom Green County Justice of the Peace. Winford was rushed to San Angelo Community Hospital for treatment of injuries. At this time, the car accident is under investigation.
